Our residents’ care is over seen by registered nurses, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also provide social and health-focussed activities and emotional support so that our residents enjoy time with others and feel connected. St Vincent’s is committed to providing a high standard of care to all residents, and to understanding and respecting the individual needs of each person in our aged care communities. Visiting St Vincent’s residential aged care facilities Visiting hours are from 10am to 7pm. A maximum of two visitors at a time (additional visitors may be granted provided physical distancing guidance can be maintained and by prior arrangement with the Manager/Nurse in Charge). All visitors are required to wear a surgical mask for their visit. All visitors must attest to a negative RAT (taken on the same day as the visit) and complete the attestation before entry. Auburn House A 30-bed transitional high care psychiatric nursing home that cares for older people with severe behavioural problems as a result of psychiatric illness or dementia.
