People with falls, balance and vestibular (dizziness) problems are assessed during a once-off visit, after which recommendations are provided to the client and their GP. Team members Geriatrician Physiotherapist Occupational Therapist Podiatrist Dietitian Service delivery The clinic offers appointments of 3 hours duration on Wednesday mornings during which assessments occur across all disciplines within the clinic. Follow up services (if required) may be arranged with our Community Rehabilitation Service at Kew or Fairfield, other programs throughout St Vincent’s or community providers. Eligibility criteria Resides in the City of Boroondara, City of Yarra or City of Darebin (south of Bell St.) Requires a multi-disciplinary assessment, including by a Geriatrician.
