A GP or specialist letter of referral is required to see the rehabilitation physician within these teams. Polio Services Victoria Polio Services Victoria (PSV) was established by the Victorian Government in early 1998 to provide ongoing expertise and support for people who have had polio. Read more > Young Adult Complex Disability Services This is a state-wide service which assists young people with a complex developmental disability - such as cerebral palsy - to transition to adult health care from children’s services. Read more > Intrathecal Baclofen Clinic Baclofen is a muscle relaxant drug used to decrease spasticity. Baclofen can be taken orally or when the side effects of increasing oral dosage become a concern, it may be delivered into the spinal fluid (intrathecally) via a surgically implanted pump and catheter.
