Complex Disability Services

There are three Complex Disability Services;

  • Intrathecal Baclofen Clinic
  • Polio Services Victoria
  • Young Adult Complex Disability Service

 All three services accept state wide referral. A GP or specialist letter of referral is required to see the rehabilitation physician within these teams.
