The Specialist Clinics at St George’s Hospital include the Continence Clinic, Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS), Geriatric Medical Clinic, and Falls and Balance Clinic.


Falls and Balance Clinic

The Falls and Balance assessment clinic is a multi-disciplinary clinic based at the Kew campus of St Vincent's. People with falls, balance and vestibular (dizziness) problems are assessed during a once-off visit, after which recommendations and follow-up are provided by the team.

Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDMS)

CDAMS

The Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) is a specialist diagnostic service for people over the age of 50 who are worried about memory loss or changes in their thinking.

Geriatric Medicine Clinic

The Geriatric Medical Clinic provides a service for older people including: Managing complex physical, mental and social issues, Comprehensive geriatric assessment, Identifying the cause of physical or mental decline, Diagnosis and management of any medical problem, Medication review

Continence Clinic

Continence Clinic

Continence Clinic offers a multidisciplinary team approach to the assessment and management of bladder and bowel dysfunction. The team includes continence nurses physiotherapists, geriatricians and administrative support.
