Polio Services Victoria consists of a core allied health team that is available to provide consultations to clients about their healthcare needs. A rehabilitation medicine consultant is also available to consult on polio related medical needs as required. Service mandate To provide specialised assessment; collaboration with health care providers and clients to develop client centred service plans; and to provide information and education to clients with a history of polio, health care providers and the community. Who can access the service? PSV services are available to all current Victorian residents with a history of polio, community providers and other interested parties who are seeking advice or information about PSV and polio.
