It can be an emotional time when you are involved with mental health and/or alcohol and other drugs services.  Even with the most supportive staff it can be hard to know what to ask, or what you have a right to know.  Nexus have worked with a range of consumers, carers, staff and services to come up with this list of questions you might like to ask.  We hope it will empower you at a difficult time.
