It can be an emotional time when a loved one is involved with a mental health service, especially after experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Even with the most supportive staff it can be hard for carers to know what to ask, or what you have a right to know. Nexus have worked with a range of carers, staff and services to come up with this list of questions you might like to ask. We hope it will empower you at a difficult time.
