This program has been designed to provide you with an understanding of the importance of hand hygiene and PPE in protecting you and others against infection. Correct hand hygiene technique is a key barrier to the spread of infection and illness. When used correctly, PPE prevents and controls the spread of infection to residential care workers and care recipients. You are required to complete both the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) module and the Hand Hygiene Module to complete this online Training.
