St Vincent's Mental Health (or Inner East Mental Health Service) provides psychiatric services to people who are aged between 16 and 65 and living in the cities of Yarra and Boroondara.

St Vincent's Aged Mental Health Service (based at St George’s campus in Kew) provides inpatient, residential and community services including specialist clinics for residents aged 65 and older in the cities of Boroondara, Yarra and Darebin (Northcote to Thornbury).

Child and adolescent services are for young people up to the age of 18 years and a variety of specialist outreach, case management and inpatient services are available.
