These are common issues for General Practice. GPs and Practice Nurses can now directly ring a Waiting List Officer at St Vincent's to check on this important information for their patients. 
 

Where the condition of your patient worsens while they are waiting you can now directly contact our Surgical Liaison Nurses to notify them and seek to have their case brought forward.

If you are unable to contact the surgical liaison nurse please contact the Elective Surgery Manager on (03) 9231 3203.

In the meantime, if your patient’s condition worsens, notify the Surgical Liaison Nurse and seek to expedite the procedure.
